Classification of PE mining pipes and fittings

PE mining pipes are divided into:

① Polyethylene water supply and drainage pipes (KS) for underground coal mines

② Polyethylene spray coating pipe (KJ) for underground coal mines

③ Polyethylene positive pressure ventilation pipes (KFZ) and negative pressure ventilation pipes (KFF) used underground in coal mines

④ Polyethylene gas drainage pipe for coal mine underground (KW)

⑤ Polyethylene universal pipe (KM) for underground coal mines: suitable for gas drainage, water supply and drainage, positive pressure ventilation, negative pressure ventilation, and grouting

Application scope of PE mining pipes: widely used in coal mine underground supply and drainage pipes, mining positive pressure ventilation pipes, mining negative pressure ventilation pipes, mining spraying pipes, and mining gas drainage pipes. Can be used in corrosive and humid environments. Working temperature ≤ 40 ℃, operating pressure range: 1.0MPa~1.6Mpa.

The inner and outer walls of PE mining pipes should be smooth and even, without bubbles, cracks, obvious grooves, depressions, etc. The color should be black and uniform. The perpendicularity of the end face of PE mining pipes should be cut flat and perpendicular to the axis at both ends. The wall thickness deviation of PE mining pipes should not exceed 14% for the same section of the pipe. The minimum wall thickness of the pipe corresponding to the nominal outer diameter and nominal pressure shall comply with the requirements of Tables 1-2 of Q/HTK01-2011. The roundness of non-circular pipes should not exceed 5%. Flat PE mining pipes should be pressed to the inner wall overlap without cracks or damage. The hydrostatic strength of pressure resistant pipes shall comply with the requirements of Table 3 of Q/CD03-2011. The tensile strength should not be less than 9.0Mpa, and the elongation at break should not be less than 300%. According to the requirements of 5.7 in MT558.1-2005, after the impact of the hammer, at least 9 out of 10 samples should be free of cracks and damage. The arithmetic mean of the surface resistance of the inner and outer walls of PE mining pipes shall comply with the requirements specified in 4.9 of MT558.1-2005
